If you are thinking about starting or expanding your sales team, think about this for a moment:
Using traditional practices you will have to determine how many people you can hire based on how much you can afford to give out as a base salary. If you have $15,000/mo. allocated for the sales team then you can reasonably expect to hire about 3 full-time sales reps.
But you’re gambling. You’re hoping that the ones you find will be able to produce for you. You’re hoping they will help you grow your business the way you want to.
