This Sales Support professional will assist with the training, development and project management of multiple teams of salespeople for our client companies. The Sales Support Manager is responsible for coordinating the pre and post-launch preparations for our client companies. This will include coordinating with the executive teams of New Paradigm and each client team, preparing sales materials, resources and reports, and working with each new rep to make sure their transition goes as smoothly as possible.
Experience:
- 10+ years of sales management or sales support experience
- Experience building sales teams including recruiting, training and resource development
- Excellent understanding of the principles of effective selling
- Proven record of success
