The Job: Recruiting, training and motivating a team of world-class salespeople to work in one of several exploding industries across the country. We provide the clients, the leads, the formalized training and training materials, etc. We already have clients ready to go in the following fields: custom web design, manufacturing, PR, marketing services, and several specialty industries. Now we need the right person at the helm for each one. 

The Candidates:  We are looking for the Top 1% of all sales managers. We want the people who can attract and hold the performers. Must be able to inspire people to perform at the highest level and most importantly, get results. Must be an ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starter with a track record of leading sales teams to success. 

The Catch: If you’ve never been the driving force behind a record-breaking sales team, this is NOT the job for you. This is commission only position, repeat: Commission Only. We’ll pay you every penny of what you’re worth. You’ll get a healthy piece of everything your team brings in. If you can drive sales, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. If you can’t, this isn’t for you.
