National Sales Manager
New Paradigm, Inc., www.npsalesgroup.com, a leader in the sales outsourcing industry is looking for an experienced and driven sales manager to lead a team of up to 50 salespeople in one of several exciting industries. We build dedicated sales teams for companies in various industries across the country. With great clients on board and more signing up all the time we are in need of world-class sales leaders looking for an opportunity to lead a sales team in the industry of their choice.
With the support of the internal staff, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for the ongoing recruitment, training and management of between 4 and 7 Regional Sales Managers and up to 50 salespeople. The National Sales Manager will work directly with each team member to drive sales and improve productivity. The NSM will also be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of programs and strategies to improve efficiency, increase retention and improve customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have extensive executive-level experience and outstanding sales management experience along with the following qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of senior level sales management
· Proven track-record of driving sales and growing business
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
· Proven training ability (both one-on-one and in large groups)
· Impeccable follow-though
This unique opportunity requires an exceptional understanding of the principals of effective management including empowerment, delegation, time management, relationship building and effective communication. Must be a quick learner with great people skills and have a keen understanding of technology.
Responsibilities for this key executive position include:
· Driving Sales
· Leading, managing, training and motivating a large group of salespeople
· Innovating new ways to improve efficiency
· Cultivating new leadership within the organization
· Daily reporting for each team member including salesperson activities, pipeline reporting, etc.
· Daily communication with each Regional Sales Manager
· Regular training with Regional Sales Managers
· Regular training with sales staff
· Regular communication and reporting to New Paradigm and client company
