Hiring Manager
New Paradigm, Inc., www.npsalestraining.com, a leading provider of sales outsourcing solutions and an innovator in the industry, is looking for a capable and experienced recruiting manager with a proven record of leadership and hiring success.
The recruiting manager will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 recruiters servicing multiple client companies in various industries. Working directly with our executive staff, and coordinating with the national sales manager for each sales team, the recruiting manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding hiring quotas, directing hiring team activities and ensuring that each candidate placement meets the required criteria.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of hiring sales teams as well the following :
Management Qualifications:
· 5 years experience managing a team of 3 or more recruiters
· Strong relationship and team-building skills
· Proven history of management success with recruiting teams including; hiring recruiters, placing candidates and exceeding hiring quotas
· Solid understanding of the unique challenges and corresponding solutions of building sales teams
· Excellent training, communication and presentation skills
Recruiting Qualifications:
· At least 5 years of previous recruiting/staffing experience
· Proficient ad writing and editing skills
· Understanding of effective ad placement and job board monitoring
· Experience with candidate sourcing using targeted resume searches (Career Builder, Monster, 6 Figure Jobs, etc.) as well as LinkedIn and other networking facilities
· Impeccable screening and interviewing techniques
· Understanding of sales and sales management recruiting
· Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
· Continuous process improvement
· Thorough follow-up and on-boarding of new candidates
