Contract Recruiter
New Paradigm, www.npsalestraining.com, a leading supplier of sales force outsourcing solutions, is expanding our recruiting team. If you have had previous recruiting experience and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, this opportunity maybe a great fit for you.
As a New Paradigm recruiter you will perform the following functions:
1. Job board ad writing and monitoring
2. Candidate sourcing using large job boards, LinkedIn and other networking facilities
3. Initial screening and interviewing of candidates
4. Continuous process improvement
5. Follow up and on boarding of new candidates
6. Interaction with National Sales team management
7. Other duties as needed in the recruitment process
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of previous recruiting/staffing company experience
2. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
3. Working knowledge of commonly used job boards
4. Some experience with sales and sales management recruiting
5. You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft products and software programs
Our positions are full commission. Earn a generous commission for each performing rep you help hire.
